Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and  I was given the option to be let out of my lease but I made it clear to the business that I will not due to my lease not being up until 09/30/18 and I have children so im not leaving in the middle of winter.  I also explained to the business that I do not like being ignored by him or staff when there is an issue and I followed proper procedure. I apologize to the business for it having to come to this over something so minor, it was also unacceptable to be ignored. But I also asked for an apology for my inconvenience and being ignored, he refused. But its ok, my intention was not try to destroy his business but to simply execute that I have rights as a tenant and customer and ignoring someone doesnt make the problem go away.  Business offered to find a new setting once lease is up.  Business also said he would work with me on getting repairs fixed.
