Review: Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I would seriously give this business a -5 if I could. After multiple calls and no response, I was unable to print docs due to using an older version of Microsoft Office. Sent at least 4 emails requesting cancellation of service well in advance of the new billing period. Finally spoke to someone after countless attempts. Was told I would be sent the work I was unable to print so it would not be a total loss. Never happened and STILL CHARGED FOR A NEW BILLING CYCLE. No option to cancel service on their website. Stay clear of this service!!!Desired Settlement: 2 months of service paid. Spent at least 20 hours working on this product and unable to recoup my efforts.

Response:
Customer was using an older version of Windows software not supported by our online system.
We called numerous times -- played phone tag -- and requested more/specific information such that we could provide info via voicemail if we missed him again.
When we finally connected, we discovered the software incompatibility (MS Office 2003) - Office 2007 or newer required.
Our programmers manually assembled the documents over the weekend and provided them first thing today / Monday am.
I believe the issue has been fully resolved at this time.

Response:
I believe we have finally resolved this issue. The technical problem behind the scenes was more in-depth than I had expected and required the weekend to get it fully addressed. I have forwarded a readable version of his business plan narrative. (The initial version was readable to me, since I have the same version of MS Word, but it was still not readable to the customer -- I re-sent it after saving it in a legacy format...) Over the last 2 weeks I had taken a vacation (the first in 3 years), and kept my phone with me just in case, but I apologize for missing his calls. This was a perfect storm of technical issue + software incompatibility + me being out of town as I am taking the support calls for now. The full amount of subscriptions has been refunded.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10091772, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
