JICA Contracting

I had this contractor before their license was revoked several years ago. They put in a french door backwards. The only reason I figured this out is because the locked recently broke and the manufacturer had a very difficult time getting the door off to do this. Since I was unable to ask this contractor to do it correctly I have to pay someone else to come out. They also built a room and put the wall directly in the dirt, no build up so water would not seep in. We had a storm and water was rushing through and he asked how many towels were needed to sop it up. Everything he built turned to crap because he doesn't care.
