Yesterday we submitted our response to the complaint and last night we were able to finally connect with the customer and he and his spouse have been helped and their program is complete

We reached out to customer directly to address the nature of her complaint. We provided a satisfactory solution; she now has the ability to access her account, was granted an exemption and received the credit due to her.

The customer contacted Jiff but we were unable to understand the nature of his complaint. All subsequent and repeated attempts to connect with the customer to resolve any issues have been unsuccessful. Despite our best efforts, the issue remains unresolved because we cannot reach him. We...
