Jiffy Lube #1138

Upon bringing my Lexus is250 into the Northgate Location for a mere oil change, I was advised that I should replace the cool-air filter as well. The very next day water was seeping out of my floors and completely flooded. It was brought to my attention that whom ever replaced the cool-air filter was rough with handling it and broke off the component to that part, in effect disconnected the drain tube for the evaporator. The negligence from the manager is outrageous and has only refereed me to different places on different times of the day and weeks to which my work schedule can not comply. The damage has gotten so bad that the water is now effecting my electrical panel to my car. My vehicle is now a hazard to drive as well as well as the main problem, still not fixed. I would appreciate an immediate resolution to this inconvenience, as it has taken time, energy and a lot of disturbance on my end. I have let local news as well as co-workers and family members know about this trouble some event that has taken place.
