Jiffy Lube #1146

Review: Took my [redacted] to jiffy lube for an oil change on July 16. They suggested I have my radiator flushed. I left jiffy lube and my car overheated within a mile. It shut off and would not restart. I called jiffy lube and they came out with a huge container of fluid. The tech told me it was just an air pocket. After putting the entire container of fluid in, my car was still running poorly. My mechanic looked at it and said I needed a new engine. He feels like it was a result of overheating. After almost a week of calling (constantly), jiffy lube finally responded. Their insurance Co evaluated the claim and is telling us they will not cover the damages. They claim that the damages were not a result of my engine overheating. The bottom line is that because of their neglect to do a good job, my car is not running,This has been so upsetting and disappointing. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I am a mother to two boys and this was my car. I will spend to rest of my life telling people about this horrible experience. It's disgusting that any company would do business this way.Desired Settlement: Fix my car. Refund the 167.00 I spent for you to overheat my car.Refund the $88 I paid my mechanic to tell me my engine needs to be replaced.
