Jiffy Lube #1273 (King George Inc.)

Review: Did oil change and mention that I got car service there before and got $7 coupon off which was told will be taken off. After paid and find out no discount and called. They explian that since my car Elantra take more than 5 quart oil, they did not charge me for the extra oil. I ask my car is small and it took more that regular? The manager ( guess ) very rude and just hang up. I check my car manual and it state for 4.2 quart !!!!!I try to call multiple time after check my manual ( within 5 minute ), and they did not pick up the cal ( I'm they have caller id ). One thing I'm sure is not to bring up car this this place as how can you trust them not doing any damage to the car if I did again???Jiffy Lube #[redacted]Desired Settlement: my $7 back with the tax
