I, *** *** took my car to Jiffy Lube in Aliso Viejo on May 6th around p.mto simply get my brakes changedThey told me what needed to be done and to come back in an hourI received a call from them at 6:p.mthat night saying that they ordered the wrong parts and wouldn't have the car ready until a.mthe following dayDidn't hear from them all morning so I made a call at 1:p.mon the 7th asking when my car would be ready and why I haven't heard anything from themThey proceeded to tell me, "oh it will only be another hour"They finally call me at 3:to tell me "your brakes our fixed but the car won't start now"
days prior I took my car to the same Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed on April 26, they said they changed the oil but never mentioned anything wrong with the oil or coolant in the oilPrior to this I've never had an issue with the car leaking oilOnce they told me the car wouldn't start I went in to talk to the guys and was told "We check
