We can go back and forth about this but the bottom line is we did not put anything in Mr*** hydraulic fan fluid reservoir and, as I've said before, the car wouldn't make it weeks before it failed if we did, let alone a year laterThis diagnosis has been confirmed with Master mechanicsI am sorry Mr*** has this problem with his vehicle but it was not caused by us therefore I am finished responding to this complaint.Sincerely,Vince E***

The facts are that Mr. [redacted] had his Lincoln serviced with us over a year ago and almost 4,000 miles ago and recently contacted us because he believed that we had put the wrong fluid in his hydraulic fan reservoir. We went out to inspect it as part of our investigation. We do not EVER check or...

service the hydraulic fan reservoir and even if we had of and added the wrong fluid it is universally agreed that Mr. [redacted] would have not been able to travel very many miles let alone gone over a year or just under 4,000 miles before it failed. We have made that point clear as we knew it already but consulted with other mechanics as well to verify our findings.In addition, I Vince E[redacted], have never met or talked to Mr. [redacted] as he alleges nor did I or any of my representatives EVER try to represent me or offer to fix his vehicle.
