The complaint ID *** We at Soules Mgmt, Inc dba Jiffy Lube just received your letter on 6/5/ This is the first notification of any issue from anyone including the customer
I personally called the customer and spoke with him about the
details written in the letter we received from Revdex.com We at Jiffy Lube Lewes do not use sealant
nor do we carry this substance at the store The employees noted with the complaint, who are long term employees and highly trained in their field, do not carry lunchboxes or have any way to conceal or bring in such a substance without someone working around them seeing it and bringing it to someone else's attention in charge Our bay windows go the whole length of the lobby for viewing in the bay area by customers, employees or those in charge If anything occurs with the vehicle that may cause an issue, the employees or myself bring it to the customer's attention We have many options available to us to repair something properly at the moment of an issue or we help arrange what may need to be done if it arises to that level
The customer has been a customer with us before to our store and we want to be sure that our customers no matter new or previous leave with a good experience and we informed him that we would
pay the requested amount for his oil change of $ He has agreed and stated he will retract complaint from Revdex.com We explained to the customer to please notify us when there are any
issues in the future and we try our best to make sure all experiences are good onesThe oil change occurred on 12/30/and we were notified on 6/5/
We also called the Revdex.com about the issue with delayed notification to our business about this customers concern and why we were not notified prior to this date We were told that the 1st notification went to the prior owners addressWe took over the store in Oct 2012.
I informed the Revdex.com about our address change and the correct address is listed down on your website so I'm not quite sure how this happened but we don't want it to reflect on our business like we've ignored something

Review: as a snow bird each April I change my motor oil in Florida ([redacted] to prepare to return to Delaware. I dropped my truck off at [redacted] Several hours later, ** a mechanic from the shop called and told me the drain plug is stripped and a glob of orange silicone was over the bolt keeping it from leaking. The remedy was to purchase a new drain pan and plug (the most reliable way). I looked up my receipt and it was on 12/20/13 at 11:04 that jiffy changed my oil. No one there ever informed of the damage. Jiffy Lube invoice was 1485 301330 bay 7. Employees stated on invoice are [redacted].
