The lack of concern and not taking any responsibility when it comes to a teenagers safety is absurdThis is something that no other professional mechanic or shop woul ever do and the response they posted I proves they are not professionalSince Jiffy Lube will not apologize and take responsibility A letter to othe local news gazette is already on the wayIt amazes me that something as simple as admitting a mistake is out of the question

Management never told the customer or implied that driving the vehicle hundreds of miles would be safe. Studs and lug nuts can become wearable parts if over torqued, and the vehicle had over 150,000 miles on this visit. The tires had never been rotated by any of our stores before. We attempted to explain the details to customers father, which resulted in a hang up and we did refund the tire rotation. A complete refund of all services that were performed is completely absurd. When getting any vehicle serviced; new or old, paying attention to details are very important, and would have prevented this matter from happening.
