Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business owner of Jiffy Lubed in Bend Oregon avoided me and kept avoiding me knowing what happened, I don't trust himI will close this matter when this issue is solvedI will give him a copy of the purchase order from 10/21/2015, when the truck was boughtI checked all fluids myself, Antifreeze, oil everythingAs well as Murray and Holt didIt had no rust issues, until I brought it to his businessThe owner can call me any time at [redacted] (cell number) to set up a meetingMy work is 10-6:Monday-FridaySincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] PLEASE NOTE: they said they did (NOT) put it in reverseFurther explaining their negligence...I am rejecting this response because: I saw as I was standing outside door right behind my van, as they where doing their system check INSIDE My Van the REVERSE LIGHT GO ON!!!!!! So they did put it in reverse as THEY SAY THEY DIDN'T If they want to go to court I will be adding all court costs bring my mechanic (he will stand with me) and if need be I will have a LIE DETECTOR test taken and they can pay for that as wellMy van reversed fine when I left my house and after directly leaving their shop and going to Walmart IT DID NOT! For me to proceed with the claim I need the last years of the service history for the vehicle to include any and all maintenance done to the transmission Once I receive this information I can then proceedThank You

I have attempted to contact the vehicle's owner twice with no response I have asked for the vehicles maintenance history With the history I can then look into this claim

made at least 12 more attempts to contact him. Never returned my phone calls.  I even called once when he was at his business. I asked for the owner and the employee asked for my name I told them and 5 seconds later the employee said the he can't talk right now, Left my phone number again and still no returned calls. As for asking for the for the vehicle maintenance that is a lie, That never happened because he wouldn't talk to me. My 2009 Ford F-150 was purchased on 10/21/2015 from [redacted] in Bend Oregon. They did a full inspection and oil change prior to selling the truck. I brought my truck to his Jiffy Lube business for the first maintenance of me owning the truck. As you can see I have attached photo's of the damage. the first was taken at his business where you can see the rust residue in the over flow when I first learned of this problem. the other three photo's where taken today on 07/11/2016 showing the rust.Sincerely,[redacted]

P.S. I have no copies of Van receipts on computer but have hard copies in hand.. DO I HAVE TO SCAN AND SUBMIT HERE OR TAKE TO JIFFY LUBE?

check for the 10 dollars to the address heprovided as compensation. We however feel that a refund of the entireservice was inappropriate sense he did receive the service he came infor. I have talked with 2 different transmission specialist and both of them have said that there is no way Jiffy Lube doing a light check could have damaged the transmission.  Customer claims that utmost have been forced into gear while at the shop.  At no time did we try to back the vehicle...

up in any way so the transmission could have been broke prior to the service or at Wal-Mart.

If I can get a copy of the inspection (everything they checked) at the time of purchase from [redacted] then I can proceed with my investigation into this matter.
