It is always unfortunate to have a dissatisfied client In this matter, the client arrived very late, a half hour, for a previously scheduled hour appointment Our policy regarding late arrivals is posted clearly in our office When it was explained that allowing this client her
full hour long appointment would interfere with other clients she became confrontational and disruptive Certainly, we try to provide excellent customer service but we can not do so at the expense of all those who were scheduled after her We offered to reschedule and she refused At that point, there is very little that can be done to resolve her issueWe appreciate that she was disappointed and wish her the best of luck with a different provider

cleaner shouldn't cause the issues they are experiencing
We performed at fuel service and there was an issue with the customer vehicle after the service, I have asked the customer to take into the dealership to run a in-depth diagnostics to find out what the cause of the problem was, our service should not cause any of the issues? that have been described to me, I would be glad to review after a dealership looks into the matter.?
