They charged me $85 for an oil change and did no work. They reset my oil change indicator, proving they knew they were being deceitful. Day manager admitted it when I returned and showed proof. Old smelly oil and obviously old filter. Caught them because the old filter is not their brand.

This is serious because my vehicle requires oil changes, and they charged me for one but did no work. That means they intended my vehicle to run on old oil - putting me at risk with warranty and putting the well being of my vehicle at risk.

I have photographs and other evidence proving they did not change the oil out provide any other services.
