I took my Kia Optima to get a rountine oil change on Jan21st on Jan 26th my car broke down..Had my vehicle towed to butler Kia for the service department to tell me the engine locked up and the oil went into the starter!!! Jiffy lube employee fail to change the oil filter as well as to put screws back into oil pan causing my vehicle to lock up!!! Jiffy lube send there adjuster out on the 27th and had their insurance co Travelers insurance co contact me!! They than tell me my car is a total loss!!! After calling the jiffy lube location speaking to one the workers he tells me that the assistant manager was not there and than I explain what happen the employee also tells me that "we never had anything like that happen!!! After speaking with the assistant manager [redacted] no sympathy or nothing!! He tells me he had to contact he district manager!!! Now I'm out of a vehicle, and still owe my finance co [redacted] I feel as if I need to be compensated for my vehicle!!! And the district manager

On 3-13-2016, I stopped in the Indianapolis location #for an oil change and was charged [redacted] Part of which was a [redacted] labor charge On 3-13-2016, I stopped in the Jiffy Lube store #in Southport In for an oil changeI upgraded to a synthetic oil, so I expected it to be a little moreDidn't receive vacuum services, window cleaning services, and bulb checksI left with some sticker shock when I noticed the bill was [redacted] and listing [redacted] as a labor chargeI have been taking all my family vehicles there for years and have never seen a [redacted] labor charge for an oil change

We have used Jiffy Lube for many years to have our car serviced and twice now have used the location on Pendleton Pike and have had issues with our servicesThe technicians not only placed a bad O ring on our car, but completely covered our under carriage in oil due to the o ring not being housed correctly, it caused ALL of the oil to drain immediately and also caused the Traction Sensor to go bad which also caused our entire traction system to disengage and now being told it will cost one thousand dollars to have fixedIt is absurd that we visibly stood and watched as technicians were under our hood all with perplexed looks on their facesIt shouldn't have taken us to drive to TN with ZERO oil in our car to realize that they had made a severe mistake** dollars later I had no oil in my car and now have an extra thousand dollars to shell out due to their negligenceWe even took the car back to the Jiffy Lube and they only said oh darn looks like we made a mistake and placed more

Passenger LED Headlight was supposed to be changedInstead it was broken and other parts were damaged as well

On May went to have an oil change and my radiator flush,a few days went by my car started to overheat which had never did before,Call spoke with a person who verify his name was davonte,when I explain to him what was going on he laugh and said im not the manager and told me to call back.Call back a few days later spoke with a person explain to him the same thing he hung up on me when I call back I was told his name was Brandon who was actually the manager!!!

Jiffy Lube changed the oil and filter on my Toyota on 6/8/days later, I noticed an oil leak from the engineI took it back to Jiffy Lube and had them check the issueThey told me it was a repair they could not make and suggested another business to take it to for repairAfter inspection by another business, it was discovered that it was a cut housing on the oil filter which happened when installedThey changed the filter and filled the oilI than took the bill and statement back to Jiffy Lube in Angola and showed them the evidence of their mistakeThe manager (***) gave me a written statement saying Jiffy Lube would refund the oil change and the repair work from the other businessI waited to hear from Jiffy Lube until 7/11(or 12)/and then I called the Corporation and spoke with their HRShe assured me that it would be mailed to my address on 8/14/I w

Lack of knowledge during my service lead a line to my master brake cylinder to be disconnected causing loss of brake fluid and brake failure

On the date listed above I brought my vehicle in for a signature service oil change and a *** air filter cleaning the lube techs had to ask me the location of my oil filter because they could not find it and in moving my air filter housing and changing the oil filter they disconnected a line that connects to the master brake cylinder casing brake fluid loss then brake failure almost days later I had to have a brake service done and that's when I realized they didn't check or fill any of the fluids they are supposed to do as part of the signature service oil change I reached out to the company's corporate office and they have ignored my messages this is a serious issue that almost caused an accident not to mention I didn't get what I paid for I paid in cash and wo

On 10/14/I went to this Jiffy Lube to have my oil and filter changed, which I assumed was completed, as I paid *** for the service The next morning, I noticed oil on my garage floor, which apparently leaked from my SUV The oil appeared to be dirty, so I wondered if I was ripped off by the service techs at Jiffy Lube Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the oil filter had not be changed, because my previous oil change was at the dealership The dealership used a Nissan brand oil filter I immediately drove to Jiffy Lube and spoke to the Manager *** who apologized and promised a full refund I checked my account a week later NO REFUND So, I called and spoke to *** again, and he again apologized, and stated that the refund would be processed and that I would receive a letter in the mail I checked my account again today, and I still have not received the REFUND
