I am rejecting this response because:1.) If they were certified to work on *** then they should have known to turn off the tire pressure light via the computer as all mechanics who have worked on this *** Rogue have done in the past (including other Jiffy Lubes) when a warning indicator light is on and the required maintenance to fix the issue has been completed. 2.) The warning light that continues to be on is clearly the tire pressure light indicated not only by the symbol *** uses to indicate that warning but also in writing on my front dashboard whenever I turn my car on. This Jiffy Lube clearly does not know what they are doing and is why I do NOT trust their explanation for the other two services they convinced me I neededAs a single mother alone with no knowledge of car maintenance, I did what they said I needed3.) I stated why I do not trust them and wish to come back to their shop to use the $store credit. 4.) If they will absolutely NOT refund for the services I am asking and are willing to give me a $store credit, then they can refund me via check $as I will NOT return to their shop for reasons mentioned. This is the only acceptable solution for me at this stage to resolve this complaint.Regards,

I have responded directly to this customer via email, because when she filed her original complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate she had that marked as her preferred method of contact. I have given her my name and number as well. The customer authorized the service that we recommended based on the...
maintenance schedule [redacted] follows. Jiffy Lube performed those services. Now based on a third party opinion that she got after she authorized and had the services performed she wants a refund. unfortunately we have already done the work that was authorized. I offered a 90 dollars gift certificate to make up for the fact that we forgot to put the reminder sticker in the vehicle. She keeps saying that we admitted negligence and we did. however, that does not entitle her a refund on authorized services that were performed correctly. Our signature service includes checking the tire pressure I reviewed the video and that was done. if the light is still on there is some other issue. I cannot do anything about that online or over the phone. the light was on when she came in and is still on after we put air in the tires. we did not cause the light to come on nor do we promise to diagnose why the light is on. we promise to inflate the tires which we did, the light should have gone off it did not. If I had access to the vehicle I would check it out I do not have access to the vehicle, I don't know what I can do or what the customer expects me to do. After reviewing the video the only thing we did wrong was not place a window sticker in the vehicle. That has nothing to do with the factory recommended services that were authorized and performed correctly. Therefore I will not authorize a refund for those services. I am willing to deal with the tire pressure light at no charge but I cannot do it without the vehicle
Jiffy Lube refunded their $on June 8, and was told that was satisfactory
