I have responded directly to this customer via email, because when she filed her original complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate she had that marked as her preferred method of contactI have given her my name and number as wellThe customer authorized the service that we recommended based on the maintenance schedule [redacted] followsJiffy Lube performed those servicesNow based on a third party opinion that she got after she authorized and had the services performed she wants a refundunfortunately we have already done the work that was authorizedI offered a dollars gift certificate to make up for the fact that we forgot to put the reminder sticker in the vehicleShe keeps saying that we admitted negligence and we didhowever, that does not entitle her a refund on authorized services that were performed correctlyOur signature service includes checking the tire pressure I reviewed the video and that was doneif the light is still on there is some other issueI cannot do anything about that online or over the phonethe light was on when she came in and is still on after we put air in the tireswe did not cause the light to come on nor do we promise to diagnose why the light is onwe promise to inflate the tires which we did, the light should have gone off it did notIf I had access to the vehicle I would check it out I do not have access to the vehicle, I don't know what I can do or what the customer expects me to doAfter reviewing the video the only thing we did wrong was not place a window sticker in the vehicleThat has nothing to do with the factory recommended services that were authorized and performed correctlyTherefore I will not authorize a refund for those servicesI am willing to deal with the tire pressure light at no charge but I cannot do it without the vehicle
