I reviewed the response made by the business and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We were contacted by Ms*** on 9/8/about her
vehicle. The manager went out and
personally inspected the vehicle at Ms***’s residence on 9/8/15. At this time the manger found the drain plug
and filter to be intact and secure. When
the oil level was checked
there was no oil showing on the dipstick, when oil
was added the oil ran directly through indicating a leak from the engine other
than from the filter or drain plug. We
advised the customer to take the vehicle to a repair facility to be inspected as
this issue does not seem to be related to the oil change. We asked the customer to contact us if the
repair facility determines that the oil change did in fact cause the damage to
Ms***’s vehicle. We have not heard
back from Ms*** until we received the Revdex.com complaint
today

On this particular vehicle the transmission & differential are incorporated into one unit; more commonly referred to as a transaxle.  We are re-performing the service and providing the customer with documentation to properly reflect this service.

This issue has already been resolved with the customer.
