Jiffy Lube Waterford

I normally do minor services on my own vehicle (i.e. oil and filter changes). However, 2016 into early 2017 was a bad year for me health wise. As a result I had been neglecting our vehicles maintenance. So I went to Jiffy Lube for service on 2/4/17. In order to change the oil a protective shield must first be removed from the undercarriage of our ***a. This shield is held up by 8 screws and 8 plastic grommets; however, they only replaced 3 screws. I found this on July 28 when I changed the oil. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they assigned me case number ***. They indicated they would forward the complaint to the franchisee for Jiffy Lube Service Center 696 for resolution. I waited a week and informed them I still have no resolution. I informed them I would contacting the Revdex.com and they indicated they would escalate the complaint. Another week and still no resolution, so now I am asking you for assistance. My invoice number from Jiffy Lube is 1*** The persons performing the work were Joshua ***.
