Jiffy Truck Rental

Review: I paid jiffys truck rentals and after I paid my instructor [redacted] was being rude once he received his payment I asked him a simply question and he tells me I need to "change my tone or else" I then told [redacted] your working for me im not working for you. [redacted] began to yell in my face and then got out of the truck and was trying to fist fight me in the middle of the street.I was in the driver seat still at the time I didnt wanna fight him and he began calling me inappropriate names and racial slurs to me he told me to get out of tge truck so I did and at that time he got in the driver seat and looked like he wanted to take off I then asked him for my copy of the rental agreement and he said no its mine and he told me to walk back to my car. He left me ride less in the middle of no where during my time to rent the truck I tryed calling the main office and they wont refund me my money back they did not previde me with any service and still took my money and wont return phone callsDesired Settlement: Would like my money back
