I did receive a check on 9/29/17.  While I appreciate the refund, I'm afraid I am not the only customer to have had this problem and probably won't be the last.  I filed the complaint in hopes of keeping others from this experience.  This business is right by the interstate.  I'm sure others have been unable to use the car wash even after paying for it.  They should have a refund policy if they were an honest, customer friendly business.
