Jiggers Bartending School

Review: I signed up for Saturday bartending classes scheduled to begin June 15 at the school's Charlottesville location (there is also a location in Harrisonburg). A charge for $400 went through on my credit card on May 24. When the day of the class came, I and 5 other students were left waiting outside 15 minutes past the start time of the course while we attempted to contact someone who could explain why we had no instructor. When I finally got through, I was informed that there had been a misunderstanding and the class would commence next week.When no instructor showed up again the following Saturday, I called for a refund. I was told I would be called Monday morning to begin the process. Not only did no call come through, but over 10 attempts on my part to call and email the owner, [redacted], went unanswered. I was finally left with no option but to dispute the charge on my credit card in order to get my money back.Desired Settlement: A full refund is being investigated by my credit card company. From the Revdex.com, I'll settle for informing others of Jiggers' utter lack of professionalism and questionable legitimacy.
