brought to my attention. Houses sag it just a fact. Her home is 60 years old and has a slight sag. Her experts cant say it will or will not continue to sag. Even if it continues to sag at the same rate that will take another 60 years to sag an inch. I don't think we will be around.I did say I would pay for new shingles on a small area on the front. I am rejecting this response because:  The roof SAG is not slight whatsoever. It is sagging in the front and in the back. And every roofer that I've interviewed of reputable status has said that the problem should've been taken care of when the roof was torn off. The gentleman who said he could fix the sag for an inexpensive price was not going to fix it properly.  So I did not hire him.  Jilek continues to say there are other houses in the area with sagging roofs. I  don't believe that. And certainly not to the degree of the SAG on my roof.  Even if there are other roofs what does that have to do with I paid for.  I didn't get just anyone off the street to do my roofing job.  Jilek did a sloppy job in putting his material on a roof that is sagging and didn't give me an option to get it fix before applying the new roof.  Again the way is not a slight and there are multiple sags and they are noticeable.   Also the engineers can't say whether or not it will continue to sag. So therefore it must be fixed in order to keep any possible sag happening. And the rate of the sag I cannot say since I'm not an engineer.
