I emailed Jilly Bean Kids many times using the website provided by the company re: billing discrepancy and never received a response. I cancelled the order after...

I didn't get a response and have yet to receive a response re: canceling the order. I turned it over to the resolution center with my [redacted] account. In my opinion ... the JillyBeanKids company needs to be investigated. Dear [redacted],Thank you for your concern...to be honest we were not responding to your email because we received a chargeback claim from your credit card through [redacted] stating that your order was an unauthorized transaction. We took that as your credit card or identity had been stolen.  We were more concerned when we received a second chargeback claim for the same transaction...so the funds were taken from us twice.  We are working with [redacted] to get this resolved, in the meantime we did not feel it was in your best interest to communicate or give any information regarding this order.  As for any discrepancy on the invoice we are looking into this on our end, and so appreciate you bringing this to our attention.  I see what you are saying and it seems to be a bug in our email confirmation software.  I wanted to share We do not have access to your financial information and could never change the amount of funds taken from you.  It appears as if the email confirmation that was sent to you did not have all of the items listed....this is why the amount is different.  We are in contact with the company that we use for this service and will have this resolved asap.  Please view the attached pdf...this is how the order came thru to us....this reflects the same the same amount of your original transaction with [redacted].  I hope this helps resolve any concerns or worries you have.  Blessing to you.. After several phone calls (one actually reaching alleged owner [redacted] with her promising to look into it and call back which she never did) as well as several emails and text messages, absolutely zero response and non-delivery of aforementioned products.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a valid money order/check be sent to me in the amount of $25.19.

Review: I purchased items from this company's website on April 2nd, 2013, and they have not been shipped despite multiple emails and a phone call.

I purchased 35 items from jillybeankids.com on April 2, 2013 for an important occasion, paying $236.33 USD via paypal (id=35PXXXXXXWXXXXXXD). On April 3, I received an email indicating my order was being processed. On April 4, I received an email with my order no. #13RXXXXXHNXXXXXXX, indicating a shipping label had been created through USPS (CJXXXXXXXXXUS), and being advised that I would need to wait 24-48 hours for shipping information to be updated.

I waited, and my shipping information was not updated. I went to jillybeans.com's information page regarding shipping, which stated that USPS can sometimes be slow to update their information and advising me to be patient. I did wait patiently, but my package did not arrive, and the shipping info was not updated.

I sent emails to [redacted]@me.com (the email given on the website) on April 15 and April 18, inquiring about my package, but received no response. I also left a voicemail message for [redacted] that week, receiving no response. In the meantime, I had to postpone my event due to this issue.

I emailed Ms. [redacted] again on May 4, 2013, listing the dates of my previous emails and inquiring about my package but received no response. I emailed her once more on May 15, 2013, indicating I was planning to contact paypal and Revdex.com, and she responded within an hour, indicating she would research my order and we would talk soon!

I have not heard from her since receiving that one email on May 15, 2013, and I have since sent her three emails (on May 17, 2013), asking her to respond and leaving as much information re. my order as possible to assist her in finding it. Desired Settlement: Although a refund will not replace the stress I have felt as I have been planning for my event and waiting for this parcel with no explanation provided, I am asking for a refund.

We created a shipping label on 4-4-13 via USPS priority mail international tracking CJXXXXXXXXXUS in the amount of 47.32. The customer is correct, the tracking number shows no activity. We would never pay 47.32 and just let the order sit, as the funds are not refundable nor would we intentionally hurt our customers, their happiness is so important to us. We did leave Mrs. [redacted] two voicemails and we never were able to connect. We sent the customer a full refund of 236.33 via paypal transaction # 9TXXXXXXUDXXXXXXX. Review: I placed an online order with Jilly Bean Kids and after not receiving any confirmation on my order and not feeling confident it was going to arrive on time, I called to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I never received any communication back regarding my request, nor did the products ever arrive. I assumed the issue was being handled. A month later I was still calling and leaving messages, multiple emails and even sent a text. The website states someone will return the message within 2 business days. I was very clear with my messages leaving my full name and phone number and even my order number and total on one occasion. The total lack of communication leads me to believe this business is running a scam. Not to mention multiple negative feedbacks on the internet and Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund issued for my purchase. I've given the company over a month now to contact me or handle the issue so it's evident a third party needs to step in.

Review: I placed and order on 5/16/14 for a total of $84.76. I contacted [redacted] (owner) of Jillybeankids.com via email, text, and voicemail that I no longer needed the items and not to ship them but to issue a refund instead. I received no response from her. She sent an automated email notifying me that my order had been received and would ship soon. Once the items were received I shipped them back to her unopened with the necessary paperwork. I emailed her to let her know that the items had been shipped and to get confirmation that she had received the items. It is going on 2 months and I still have not received any correspondence from the company or my refund. She now has her products back and my money.Desired Settlement: refund of $84.67 to my bank account

Review: Poor business conduct. Unusual long delivery time caused items to arrive late and were returned. I had problems similar to those described in the complaints that have been filed against the company - received the wrong product, took several attempts to reach them, was promised a replacement would be sent out that day and still haven't received it and had to buy something else for my party. Quality is poor - you can do better many other places.

I then received a "your order is being processed" e-mail from Jilly Bean Kids on March 2, 2014. On March 5, 2014 I received an e-mail from Jilly Bean Kids stating my order has been shipped with a USPS shipping number. After a week or so I contacted [redacted] asking about my order, on March 12th. I did not get a response. I emailed them 3 more times and have not heard back and now it is April 8, 2014. The party has come and gone and I cannot get in touch with this online company. When I call the phone number provided, it is a service to text someone. I even called the post office twice to check on this order and was told that a shipping label had been ordered, but nothing had been sent out as of April 4, 2014. I want a refund of $41.90 which is the amount I paid to this company through Pay-Pal on March 1st, 2014.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $41.90, please.

Review: Promised a refund on a product I ordered but have not been able to get a response from the company regarding the refund.

Placed an order for a clown stand on-line on August 24. Received receipt from PayPal for a total of $47.49 that same day. Received a confirmation e-mail from Jilly Bean stating they were processing the order. Payment pulled from my bank account on August 25. I ordered this clown stand that was personalized for sons 1st birthday and I specified in the comment box when I placed the order I needed the order by September 8. Attempted to call Jilly Bean Sept 2 and 3. Finally received a TEXT from them Sept 4 after I had e-mailed them and texted the number on the website. I was told that I would not receive the order by Sept 8 because it takes them 5-7 days to process the order and ship out. I then told them on the website it states "ships in 6 business days." They had 9 days to process my order and ship out. I then explained to them that if my order was not going to make it by my sons birthday which was clearly stated in the comment box on the order page, why was I not e-mailed about it. They then explained it was because of the Labor day holiday and that they had not heard anything from the vendor. I was asked if I wanted to order anything else. I told them why would I want to order anything else from them if this was the case, and I had told them I could not understand why it was so hard to try to get a hold of ANYBODY from this company. Throughout this whole ordeal I had not even once talked to a live person. I was told during that conversation that took place Sept 4 that I would be getting a FULL refund ASAP but I have not received any word from the company since then and I was not sent a confirmation number for the refund. I know I cannot return the item since it was a personalized item, I just want my refund I was promised. I have since sent another e-mail last week to ask about the refund and if I had not heard anything from them soon I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com. I will never do business with this company again.Desired Settlement: Just my refund of the item I ordered of $47.49 which I believe is not too much to ask for. I do not know what else to do since I am not having much luck contacting the company and I would hope that no one else has the same issues with this company.

Review: Failure to complete an order. Only partial order shipped.

My order from Jilly Bean Kids, for item number: 31FXXXXXFMXXXXXXD Create Your Own Chipboard Journal 4.5"x 6.5" 1/pk quantity of 5 was placed on 7/10/13. On 7/24/13 I had not received my order and I sent an inquiry by email about my purchase. The inquiry was answered and I was sent and received 2 of the 5 items, and told the other 3 were back ordered. I waited until 9/12/13 and inquired after the 3 back ordered items. I inquired again on 9/23/13. I have not received an answer to my inquiry. Desired Settlement: I would like the items or to receive the money I paid for the 3 items that I haven't received.
