Jim Biasi Roofing

Review: In 2004, Mr. [redacted] repaired a roof at [redacted]. This is my family home. He provided a 10 year warranty on workmanship, and other items. this year,the roof started to leak. I contacted Mr. [redacted] at [redacted]. An individual who answered the phone and identified themselves as Mr. [redacted], listened to my inquiry about repairs to the roof. He said that he would come to the home the next day for evaluation, but he did not appear. I then made a second call, in which we made another appointment, which he again failed to maintain. I then contacted him for a third time, and the hone was disconnected.Desired Settlement: It is my family's desire to have a representative from Jim [redacted] Roofing come to the house for an assessment and evaluation, to prepare ultimately for the repair to the roof.
