I used this company because of a contractor referral. After 4 years my AC unit had a R410 leak. First visit from B[redacted] said they had left a cap a cap which leaked out refrigerant. Even though THEIR fault they still charged me $150. Next visit as r410 had become low again, I was told A Coils were bad and needed replacing. I ask about warranty as the unit wasn't 4 years old. Was told the warranty was for only a year and be over $600 to replace. They filled again with R410 and left. They never returned my call nor contacted me again. I had another more reputable company come out who agreed the A coils were leaking and needed replacing. This AC guy checked the mfg on warranty and said that it had a 5 year warranty and should of been repaired under warranty. I have since heard negative comments about B[redacted] Heating and Air and their business practices. I would avoid using this company. The contractor that recommended him has told me they no longer use them as well. ","neg-1
