7/17/2015To Whom This May Concern,My name is Jennifer H***, and I am the Property Manager/Representative for Meadow Green Courts ApartmentsI received the attached complaint (ID# [redacted] ) for [redacted] .After speaking with my Maintenance Supervisor, Tyrone W***, [redacted] has not reported the issues outlined on the complaintAfter further review of completed/closed work orders for the past year, none of them reflect an existence of pest infestation.My maintenance team has also made me aware that [redacted] has a severe housekeeping issue within the apartmentThe kitchen is not clean, and we have observed cleanliness issues through out the residenceGrease and clutter, provide a safe haven for rodents and other types of pests, Until this issue is rectified, extermination will not be successful.We spoke with her regarding the existing issues, and she has agreed to remediate them in order to make extermination more successfulUnfortunately, after many attempts to resolve any issues we have not been met with cooperation from [redacted] and found that she changed the locks to her apartment doorWe have her unit scheduled for extermination again on Friday July 24, 2015.Please let me know if there are any additional steps that we need to take to have this removed from our record, Meadow Green Courts takes pride in our property, as well as the safety and satisfaction of ourresidents,We look forward to hearing from you,Respectfully, Jennifer HSrProperty Manager
