Move- out Cleaning Instructions, and Rules and Regulations have been fully performed by Lessee." Since it is a joint tenancy lease and all tenants have not followed the move out process, and instruction, we have no way to return any type of deposit. We do not pick tenants roommates, therefore it is not our responsibility to tell tenants how to treat one another.

Yes, this was a joint tenancy lease however at the time the lease was signed,[redacted] paid $300 for his deposit and the other two roommates paid $300 each. Total deposit was $900. Our key was turned in, room cleaned per specifications in the lease. The new leasee has now paid $300 which now makes the deposit $1200 paid. This $300 was paid to the current leasse's [redacted] and [redacted] and has never been refunded back to [redacted]. I find this is very poor customer service. At the time the new leasee signed, the deposit should have been collected by Campbell Property Management and then refunded to [redacted]. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Stealing from college students is a crime!

We have addressed this issue with her multiple times. She is once again emailing me personally at our office and I have recently handed it over to another manager to handle from here. I apologize but at this time there is nothing else we can do. She keeps repeating herself and disregarding everything we say.

I personally have called the tenant and the mom in regards to the deposit. We did send out a check 30 days from the lease ending date. It was returned to our office and we resent it to her new address. For some reason it did not get to her...

through the usps. We issued another check of $41.81 for a mis-charged utility bill. The total deposit they put down was $550 ($275/person). There is a prep fee that is taken out of everyone's deposit. With that fee taken out and 1 hour of general cleaning they received a total of $340.50.
If we would have been informed at the beginning of the lease that it was still that filthy upon move in, we would have been more than happy to send a cleaning lady back out to the house to do extra cleaning. If we get a maintenance call we put a work order in for it to be taken care of asap. I do apologize if the tenant feels like their issues were never taken care of.
