Free oil change for life Be aware when buying a vehicle.
April 22nd, 2022. When buying our Hyundai several years back we were offered "free oil changes for life" to sweeten the deal. In the beginning each oil change resulted in a report explaining problems with the car and the outrageous expense to fix them. Each time I took this report to a local reputable mechanic who reviewed the problems and concluded most of them were not valid. One of the oil changes resulted in a recommendation of new tires. I confronted them with this one on the spot, we had just purchased new tires from a reputable, nation wide dealer one month prior. They consulted with the technician who said "oops, I was mistaken". Setting up future appointments became more difficult at that point with the next appointment always 1 month out. This isn't a real busy dealership here. After 1.5 years of waited for an oil change I was determined to try it again just to see what reports come out and if they actually are equipped to perform the service. I arrived, they said it was a 2 hour wait, with no exceptions. There was only one car ahead of me, and it was explained they only had one technician in today. The other called in sick, which, by the way was the excuse used each time I visited prior. I had to reschedule again because of the wait time of 2 hours. Yep, 1 month out. Maybe their sick technician will return and can evaluate the problems correctly. The free oil change for life is a bit of a scam. They offer it, but then make it very difficult for the owner to meet their schedule, and deal with their evasiveness, excuses and bogus reports. Because of this review, I have doubts they will offer the next visit for an oil change. Probably will be the "sick technician" excuse again. Be aware the package that is pitched to you when you are buying a car.

Unsatisfactory customer service!
We purchased a new Jeep 8/30/2015! When the extended warranty paper, came up, I said that we wanted 100,miles and year warrenty! The paperwork was overwhelming, and contract no2ANXXXXX, was written, stating 100,miles, months! If years was not available, we should have been told, up front! Not ignore my request, and write whatever!

Jim Click submitted a rental car invoice to my warranty company for paymentJim Click was suppose to pay our rental car
We dropped our van off couple times and that had to order a part well the part took weeks at least to get inWe were also told they would pay for our rental vehicleWe dropped off a van on the 22nd of Jan and we're offered a Ford Focus or smaller and we called and complained becuz we dropped off a van, we have teenage boys and that was ridiculousThen we were offered a traverse, which had a 3rd row....perfectthen we're told Jim Click would only pay up to $40/day plus taxes and surcharges so we would pay $10/day that's it, that's all we agreed too and our bill came out to be more than Jim Clicks portion and we can't understand howSo we told Enterprise and Jim Click that they charged us wrong and to refund our money and for Jim Click to pay all the taxes n surcharges, to where our bill should have been no more than $bucks! Well, Jim Click service manag

I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from Jim ClickI was lucky enough to have a fine gentleman named Mr*** ***He could not do enough for me, gave me a great deal and he was warm, friendly, patient, considerate and a professionalGot a great deal and it was wonderful having him as my salesmanAsk for him when you go in and you will not be disappointed I can tell you!!!!!

Hello,
On March 14, 2017, I sent Mr*** *** a letter requesting an explanation as to why the tires on our Chrysler would be worn out at 21,milesThe letter and vehicle report are enclosed and self-explanatory

The plastic brackets in the headrest of my Grand Cherokee failed while driving down the road, causing it to hit me in the back of the head
The failure occurred on 9/13/The vehicle is a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was purchased new from Jim Click Chrysler Jeep on 10/15/
The headrest contains an active restraint mechanism that is supposed to deploy in the event of an accidentThe plastic retaining brackets in the headrest that keep it from deploying failed and the headrest sprung open while simply driving down the road, hitting me in the back of the headThis caused immediate discomfort and confusion as to whether I had been rear-ended
Jim Click Chrysler wants $for the replacement part aloneThis is obviously ludicrous for a part that should never fail and presents an obvious safety concern

Had repair work done to replace TIPMrepair complete paid bill walked to my car and found that the radio/navigation screen was cracked/ shattered
I had my car towed by AAA to Jim click Jeep on 5/5/to have repair work done on the TIPM My dad met AAA at the dealership and met with the service representative, *** ** who sat in the car with him and went over repair concerns The radio/ navigation screen was intact at this time
After weeks and several calls back and forth the TIPM was repaired I went to Jim Click Jeep on 5/18/to pay the bill ($985.84) and got my keysI walked to my vehicle and got in and immediately noticed that the radio/navigation screen was cracked/shattered I never even started the car, went directly back inside and asked to speak to the manager on duty *** he said that the damage did not happen while with them He finally produced a work order with recommended services that listed the TIPM and some factory recalls, scribbled in the upper c

Clutch not replaced properly, facility did not follow or own a Jeep factory repair manual
At 100,miles I decided to have the clutch replaced on my Jeep Wrangler as a preventative maintenance measure After replacement, the clutch chattered when released so I returned the vehicle to Jim Click Jeep I was told that they would resurface the flywheel I responded that I had read that this was not recommended The repair facility told me that this was standard practice After resurfacing, the clutch still chattered I wanted to point out the area in the factory repair manual that states the flywheel should not be resurfaced and was told that the Jeep dealer did not own a Jeep repair manual (?) I was told by the service writer and mechanics that this was just the way it was I decided to drive as is...27,miles later it is chattering so bad that my grandson complains from his baby seat First clutch lasted 100k miles, Jim Click clutch lasted 27k Now I will need to have t
