we do not offer a free alignment with purchase of tires we offer a free alignment check and if it needs an alignment the customer is responsible for the charge of $when we align vehicles we do so to orignal manufacture specs so if there
is parts that are worn we dont recommend alignment until they fix the problem
I left a message with *** and told him if there was a miss understanding on the alignment we would do it at no charge but with the worn part we can't warranty the alignment

They required a $needless repair before they would complete the alignmentI have documentation from Goodyear stating a bushing was "torn out"However, a second opinion from another auto repair shop stated the bushing was fine, no repair necessaryTorn out and fine are not even closeI have since decided to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere as I have no faith in Goodyear due to their lack of integrityConsumers who aren't mechanics are at the mercy of the shop and it is my opinion that they took advantage of this by requiring unnecessary repairs
How many people are charged for repairs on parts that aren't broken or in need of repair? I know the mechanics get paid by the repair and I'm concerned that this company is in the business of drumming up repairs to line their pockets
