Im sorry the city takes up to days to post a inspectionI will have to fix our repair if that is the case of the problem I can not refund any money with out doing the repair myself I will will personal deal with the issue and guarantee the problem will be resolved

To whom it may concern
On 1/12/our tech went to his house to attempt to clear the sewerHe was working from a pulled toilet (the
worst possible access)He hit an impassable spot in the area of the foundationWhen he crawled in the crawl
space he saw what appeared to be a foundation that
was collapsing(According to the home owner it turned out
to be a very shoddy masonry job from the original construction) Any way our tech recommended excavation on
the outside of the home
Supervisor Kyle went to the site the next day and found that the customer had already dug up the pipe and
found that is was broken just outside the home
Kyle recommended that we install an outside clean out and run a jetter afterwards to clear the lineKyle offered
the owner a $credit on the jetter work
After my 1st phone conversation with Mr*** he was not satisfied with the agreed priceSo he shared his
concerns on this site
On Monday I called him again to discuss his concerns, after a lengthy phone conversation I was able to explain
the discounts that we had already given him, that totaled up to over $
He agreed that he had been given an acceptable rate and decided to pay the full amount even though I offered
an additional discountHe told me that he would remove this complaint letter

I am rejecting this response because: With all due respect, the time for Jim Dandy to make this right has long passedThey could have answered my questions about the charges or come back to finish the job properly any time in the last month, but they chose not to do so, and now I am in the same boat I was in weeks agoThat is not acceptableThe Jim Dandy crew was here for less than hours total - I was keeping trackAt an hourly rate of $quoted by their office, that doesn't add up to $5,in any way, even including the 4' pipe they replacedThere has never been an explanation for why they were charging me so muchIf there is indeed a permit, that's good newsBut the City of Shoreline doesn't have record of it, I was supposed to have been given a copy of it, and I have not been charged for itI need to give my child a bath without flooding my basement, and I need the job done right in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable priceI have no faith Jim Dandy will provide that because of they way they have handled this jobI need my money back and I am moving on

I am rejecting this response because:I am already having the problem fixed by another company, with documentationI can't afford to have a backed up drain in my basement and wait around for Jim Dandy to maybe be responsive and do it right this timeI have laundry and dishes piling up and I need a clear line nowJim Dandy still has not addressed why they charged me so much or why they abandoned the jobIt is not right to make the consumer pay for work that was not done rightThat is not taking care of your customers! An honest company would recognize that they failed the customer and give a refund

We provided no service for this customer nor did we charge them anything for our estimateI have spoke with Mr*** since receiving this complaint and he told me he would remove the complaint. Seeing how we did not provide any service at his property nor did we charge I would like to have
this complaint removed
