I am sorry to hear that [redacted] is so upset with my companyI would first like to say that during this time of year our offices are closedWe are a seasonal company and do not have anyone full time in our offices November thru mid MarchThat would be the reason [redacted] was unable to get a hold of us on the times she specifiedI did speak with [redacted] on the 23rd or 24th of FebruaryWe discussed her concerns and I told her that I would need to come and look at everythingAfter I looked at all of our paperwork and notes in her fileI was hoping for the following week, weather permittingI have not been able to schedule a day to go look at everythingIt is still winter with cold temperaturesTypically we prefer it to be a steady 50+ degrees out.As for the alleged sealer on the house I would like to state that we did NOT spray it on her houseWe brush on the sealer, not sprayIt looks as if water somehow splashed on the wet sealerEither by rain or from downspouts and/or guttersEven if there is no rain this can happen from dew at nightUnfortunately we cannot control what the weather does:( We don't treat homeowners houses that way....ever! Discoloring is probably from the sealer not being completely dryIn October it takes longer for the sealer to properly dry and cureUsually about hoursI have every intention of looking at and trying to come up with a solution for the driveway, if neededBut it will take probably up to 2-weeks for the proper weatherI will contact [redacted] about the time frame that is neededThanks You.Kim P [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am not responding to the company any further as they have ignored our emails, voice mails, etc and now decide to respond. No we do not seal
the driveway every year and they have been the company we have worked with in the past. The same issues on the driveway are the same they came back out for and re-sealed and didn't give us these excuses, he came out and looked and re-sealed so the same issues are appearing again along with discolored areas too and the tire marks which we did not have when they have worked with us in the past years. When we complained the first time about the garage door stains it took several weeks to finally get a response and they expected us to clean their mess up as well as now live with the mess on the driveway and this is unacceptable. I don't know if their product this year is too thin, watered down or defective, however, it is not to our satisfaction.

I reject this response as there is no proposed resolution.  On the company website it says their hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There was no out of office auto response to any of the emails I sent and no mention of the company not being open during their stated normal business hours on their voicemail.  It should be noted that the one time my phone call was answered was the only time I called from a number that was not my own.  During this conversation Kim mentioned that she did get my emails and was able to read them on her cell phone.  Also during this conversation, Kim said that she wanted to come to my home to see the mess her workers left, she was to come the following week and to date she has no made contact to set up an appointment despite several phone calls and emails on my part.  I understand that paving cannot be done when the weather is cold, however the temperature does not matter when she is just coming to see the problem. As for the sealer being sprayed or splashed on my home, I cannot say the means by which it was applied as I didn't see the workers in action, however I can say that based on historical weather data it did not rain the day of the sealing process so the mess didn't happen because of drips from downspouts or gutters.  Also, you can see in the attached pictures our house and garage door are approximately 10+ feet from any grass and the splash marks are as high as 3 feet in some areas.  This is not something caused by dew.  Any third party could reasonably conclude this did not happen because of rain or dew. We are asking for a solution to this situation.  We want Kim to see the problem and make a plan to fix it in a reasonable time frame.

I have agreed to a payment of $1500.00 to Gretchen Davis. Waiting for a response :)

I am sorry to hear that [redacted] is so upset with my company. I would first like to say that during this time of year our offices are closed. We are a seasonal company and do not have anyone full time in our offices November thru mid March. That would be the reason [redacted] was unable to get a hold...

of us on the times she specified. I did speak with [redacted] on the 23rd or 24th of February. We discussed her concerns and I told her that I would need to come and look at everything. After I looked at all of our paperwork and notes in her file. I was hoping for the following week, weather permitting. I have not been able to schedule a day to go look at everything. It is still winter with cold temperatures. Typically we prefer it to be a steady 50+ degrees out.As for the alleged sealer on the house I would like to state that we did NOT spray it on her house. We brush on the sealer, not spray. It looks as if water somehow splashed on the wet sealer. Either by rain or from downspouts and/or gutters. Even if there is no rain this can happen from dew at night. Unfortunately we cannot control what the weather does. :(  We don't treat homeowners houses that way....ever! Discoloring is probably from the sealer not being completely dry. In October it takes longer for the sealer to properly dry and cure. Usually about 48 hours. I have every intention of looking at and trying to come up with a solution for the driveway, if needed. But it will take probably up to 2-3 weeks for the proper weather. I will contact [redacted] about the time frame that is needed. Thanks You.Kim P[redacted]
