We have been calling Mr*** for the past month with no success in reaching himWe have documented about a dozen of these calls.We now just found out, from our Credit Bureau that he has changed his phone numberSo we have called that the last two days, no answer and the voicemail is not yet
set up.We stopped out at his home yesterday, July 31, there was a car in the drive, but know one answered the door.We are stopping there again this afternoon, to see if we can catch up with him.We installed a new Condensing Unit in his AC system years agoHe has refused to pay the bill, claiming that it isn't working very wellTwo months ago the Credit Bureau took him to court on our behalfHe agreed to pay after we would stop out and check it outWe have stated to him that he may have a further problem in the 'A' Coil component of his system also, but before we took care of that we would need to be paid what has been owed us for two years.We set up a date to meet him thereBut when that appointment time came, he was out of state on vacationHe said he would call when he got back, but we never heard from him.I will update tomorrow

We had a conversation with *** today and settled the billingWe are just charging for one of the service call labor, and no partsHe was mistakenly told by one of our employees that a parts warranty would transfer with a home sale, so that was our fault which misled himOn the last service
call, on 12/30, there was a further problem on his furnace, the Control Board was also malfunctioningThere was not one available in town, our technician found one online and text the picture to ***'s wife, whom he had talked to at the house (*** said his wife did not relay this message)Ross also asked her if she wanted him to bring over any space heaters, and she declined, saying a family member was going to be going out to Wal Mart to pick some upRoss checked back in with her on Tuesday morning Jsn.2, to ask if she wanted him to order the board, and she said they had found one and gotten it taken care of, and thanked him

I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that they have not taken any responsibility for the fact that they have put this on my credit for at least months when they should not of also we never agree to not having everything put in when we bought this unit they never showed me anything from the cleaning of this coil as I have said before I'm not Happy or satisfied with this service and demand them to fix my credit and to also get this unit as it still doesn't run properly as I've stated before it continues to run all day and doesn't shut off which effects my electricity bill and has for + years
