We contacted our Home warranty in regards to a plumbing issue. He showed up without any tools or anything just to take a look at it. That part took 2 weeks. then another 7 days goes by and he had a $8.00 part to replace my $80.00 part... instead of fixing my nice brass part part, he put a cheap plastic one in. Finally, he had to fix the valve. He told me he had to contact my insurance company because his quote would have to be more, that he had to cut into the valve to get it off. well..... 2 more weeks go buy and he shows up to fix it. no cutting needed.. just unscrewed and it came right off. When I asked him why he did not try that 2 weeks prior when he was here, he showed a complete lack of respect for us in our home and shut the door in our face. oh.... he also turned off our water ( as expected ) only when he neglected to bring any replacement part ( for a second time ) he had to leave for 4 hours to find another cheap part. the customers best interests are not in his best interests at all...
