I took my 2012 Jetta to find out why my "kessy" used to lock and unlock the doors keyless was functioning sporadically I ask for the batteries to be replaced in the "kessy" When I picked up the car an employee was showing me how to operate the door handle he was scooping to open the door and states not to do that he states I am not operating the door handle properly. so the next day the "kessy" is not working again. I get an Email that says my car has a difficult to operate system stated by VW who claims they never made that statement. The second time the same employee has my "kessy" and it is working at that moment so I am told that they can't fix it because it is not broken and I don't operate the handle properly again. He belittles me again. I was discriminated against by this Jim Ellis employee because I am a female. I took my car to another dealership they changed the battery in one "kessy" and I have not had a problem since. Jim Ellis falsifies information.
Reggie [redacted] and Jim Ellis made the buying process incredibly easy. The price was better than anyone in a 500 mile radius. These are the reasons I continue to buy from them even though I live in another state. Reggie is the definition of a quality professional in the automotive industry!
