Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the business is lying about their responseI STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE OF MY VEHICLEThe dealership forgot to ground the lease after the pur [redacted] 3/25, which was brought to their attention on 4/20/At that time, the finance manager of ***, Dennis, apologized and assured me he contacted the person responsible to complete the process After multiple calls with no messages ever being passed through, I spoke the [redacted] sales manager Ray on 5/22, and he first told me that he had never heard of this, that I was threatening him, and then apologized No one followed up with me from the dealership until I called the next dayI was then told that after not grounding the lease and receiving that notice a month prior, they also forgot to send the odometer statementWhen I began to ask how this happened and who was accountable, I was interrupted repeatedly and talked overWhen I brought that to Ray's attention as well as his inappropriate comments the day prior, he apologizedI asked for his superior's name, and he stated Doug G [redacted] , gave me a non working number, and hung up on meI emailed Doug G [redacted] , GM of Jim Falk motorsI have yet to receive a response from himI contacted [redacted] directly and have been working with someone at the corporate level to try to obtain the lease of my vehicleI have filed a dealer complaint with the corporationAgain, as of 6/26/16, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE OF MY VEHICLE Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] Dear "Management": Yes, you are correct. My interpretation of your last response, WAS that it was coming from Mr Vergel D [redacted] ***. Thank you for clarifying. I stand corrected for my misinterpretation. I am sorry that you feel my terms were a little harsh. I spoke the truth. My intent was not to be harsh, my intent was to speak the truth. I have since met with Mr Vergel De ***. He was pleasant & professional. He assisted us in choosing a vehicle. As it stands, I am waiting for him to email information that will allow me to decide how I will pay for the vehicle. Just a question on the ad that you refer to as the National Ad. Is this National Ad distributed to the different regions throughout the country, for the dealerships to use as incentive for sales & to pass along savings to the end line consumer? It was clear to me that offer excluded tax, title & licenses, as it was the first sentence in the ad. I called ***, to be sure that I was interpreting the Lease offer correctly. The also had explained the current incentives that were being offered at the time. The incemtives were a total of $2325.00. ($1825.00 $1825.00 manufacturers rebate applied to lease, plus $500.00 Bonus Cash.) Bottom line is that I like the ***. I WILL purchase a ***. I am able to walk in and write a check for the entire amount of the vehicle today, if I wanted to. I think that if your responses thus far had actually taken responsibility or at least acknowledged the facts presented, I would feel more comfortable. I think that the issue of me ASKING for a specific lease offered by ***, was NOT honored. And I was treated with disrespect, laughed at, and my request was ignored. I am over it and can easily move forward. I just do not understand why "Management" is not willing to take responsibility for the actions of the entity that you represent. You do not even disclose who you are, nor in what capacity you are representing this entity.I find that odd. I will work with Rey to purchase lease or lease a ***, as he has been professional & respectful. [redacted] to top it off, I was treated with disrespect & unfairly. I truly feel that you are made Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have money to put down, yes they have local advertisement on new papers, local television and local radio stations island wide.I am voiding this Dealership for life Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it contained informationHere is a detailed summary of what happened: I went in to sign the new contract on 4/14/4/25/- I left a voicemail for Jonathan in FinanceNo one called me back.4/26/- I called and spoke to Dee, the Salesperson, who told me not to worryI told her I was worried because the old loan was about to take money from my accountShe told me I needed to call FinanceI told her I've been trying.5/22/- I called twice for Jonathan in FinanceThe second time, he actually came on the line to tell me he had to call the Sales boss, Phil, to figure it outNo one called me back.5/25/- I called Phil and he said he needed to talk to Finance and get back to meNo one called me back.5/27/- My girlfriend called and asked for a managerShe spoke to Phil who said he needed to check with JT in Finance but he wouldn't be in until Monday (5/29)Phil said he would leave a message for JT to call [redacted] back on 5/No one called me back.5/30/- My girlfriend left a voicemail for JTNo one called backThat night I sent the message to you folks (Revdex.com).6/1/- My girlfriend left a voicemail for JTJonathan (not sure if he goes by JT) called back to say that he had checked with Accounting and they said they had processed and mailed the check to [redacted] three weeks agoHe said we would need to speak to Tiffany in Accounting to confirmMy girlfriend called the office again to speak to Tiffany this timeShe said that I needed to speak with Tee and transferred herTee said that the check had not yet been processed and that it was held up because the manager who sold me the truck was no longer working thereMy girlfriend explained that I had already made two payments to the loan they were supposed to have paid off, so a check made directly to me would work best at this pointShe also let her know that the loan for the new truck from them was also already due, so it was becoming a significant financial burdenShe requested the check be processed as soon as possibleTee told her that she would try her best to get it done that dayShe did end up contacting me to let me know the check was ready to pick up later that same day.I have finally received the money for the truck I traded in almost two months after signing the new contractIt's coincidental that both me and my girlfriend were getting the run-around until I emailed you folksRight after that, we actually received a response from the dealershipIt's also convenient that the dealership had a hard time verifying information on a written contract just because the sales manager who was involved was no longer thereIt is there in black-and-whiteThey seemed to be able to keep and sell my trade in truck without any problemsA few of my friends (separately) told me they saw my truck driving around (which implies that it had been sold) long before I received the moniesI am satisfied now that I have received the monies but chose not to accept the response by the dealership because it had informationThe entire process and experience with them was frustrating to say the leastI thank you Revdex.com for all you doI am not sure if this would have been resolved without you Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once I am in receipt of and hold the current registration and valid safety check on the vehicle Only then will I be satisfied Sincerely, [redacted] RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: In response to JIM FALK Motors, I feel that if I did not "go to Revdex.com" I would still be waiting! If we were driving a legal vehicle from date of purchase there would be no problem I feel it should not be me calling to check on registration, safety check, etc Calling my sales person since I know his job is to sell and not be hassled with paperwork issues Since there were conflicting statements from Jim Falk Motors and from the County of Maui DMV from the date of purchase on whether or not the vehicle is legal - in re: Driving the vehicle with an expired registration sticker and Bill of Sale as being valid - overriding the expired registration emblem I did not want to risk my stepson being pulled over and having his newly probational license suspended because of thisHow convenient after contacting the Revdex.com and our sales rep yesterday - after weeks of waiting - they say it's resolved today I have yet to hear from our sales rep so I'll be calling him tomorrow Again, once I am in receipt of and hold the current registration and valid safety check on the vehicle only then will I be satisfied If you had to go through what we went through (There's more.)
