The CLD work crew used protective mats to drive their equipment over in an effort to minimize lawn damageSome damage is inevitable, but at least it was lessenedThey also cleaned up as much mud debris as they couldThe plumbing connection work was done carefully to ensure system integrity and the electrical work was better than most electricians would doI would highly recommend CLD
I want to give a positive experience regarding CLD ExcavatingPeter went over and above to help us when we had no water for week When we got his number from our neighbour he came right away and told us his team of workers and himself would not leave until we had water It was a all day job as our well, and pipes was frozen, the weather was about - When Peter and his crew were cold they went into his truck to warm up and back to work again...Above 5-minutes that's it He kept his promise and we had water After week of no water at all was heaven they came back the next day to finish the job, even cleaned up the mess that was left behindCalled me back to see if there was any problems , I said no , and Thank you very very much He was very professional, and I would highly recommend CLD to anyone This winter has also been very cold and we have had no problems at all I would rate this company and Peter and his crew 100% from a very happy customer Deseray
I highly recommend Brian Rays Plumbing! We will look no further! First of all I would like to point out that I had told Brian that I needed to be billed because funds just weren't available right now I explained that we thought a water pipe had burst due to the extreme cold.He accepted that and sent his technician They showed up within mins( while everyone else couldn't show till the next day or even Monday) checked things out, then fixed the problemA pipe burst from our outside faucet that for some reason ran into the interior of our house( water was leaking from a closet in the basement and laundry room)He was able to cut the pvc pipe and cap it off until we can fix the problem when it warms upThen told us there was no chargeWe could just pay for everything when they come back to permanently fix the issue! That's the kind of integrity and kindness that makes me a loyal customer for life!
I used Brian Ray's Plumbing recently and I would hope that no one uses this company. They were first called to fix a water main leak under home owners and stated it was okay only to come back within two weeks due to water main valve breaking. Then I hired them to put in new sink in bathroom which required a small corner sink. They showed me picture of a nice sink with a waterfall faucet. Day came to put it in; he actually used totally different sink and faucet. He had sink in paper bag, however, the sink and faucet had serial numbers on them which I looked up. They were discontinued and both under $100.00. They had told me my sink was $300.00. What was even worse is that I disputed with my credit card company and they sent in an invoice (I'd never had one prior) which listed all kinds of supplies used and what is really unbelievable is that they forged my signature on the document. This is totally illegal! I have invoice and will share my experience with anyone who wants to know further. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I used Brian Ray's Plumbing a few weeks ago and it was the best plumbing job I've ever had. I don't know anything about plumbing. They were super friendly and explained everything in detail. They were really affordable too. I'm on a budget and he (Brian), even helped me set up a payment plan. Although I hope I don't have any more problems any time soon, if I do, I'm definitely calling them!
