Review: My elderly parents went to buy a vehicle without our help. The car was advertised fir $9495. They were sold the vehicle for $13430. The book value is $10000 at the most. It is listed on most car places fro 8500 to 10000. My parents speak very little English and my father is hard headed. He is being tested for possible dementia. He is like a little kid. They were taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: We do not want to return the car. We are just looking for a partial refund. The difference from what the paid and what was advertised online. $4000.
