I am the owner. I called her as soon as I received notice of this complaint. The car is fine now and the consumer is happy. I told her to contact me if she has any other problems and I will take care of it.

We've resolved this complaint with the consumer directly. We spoke to her and her father today. We've come to an agreement. Next week, she'll bring in her car for replacement tires; she'll pay half the total and I'll pay the other half.

I have been trying to help him since April 2016. Focuses and Fiestas have automatic stick shifts. I have driven the car with him multiple times and I can’t make it do anything except do what it’s supposed to do. I have offered to trade him out of it and into something else. He has test drove a...
