Jim Holder Heating and Air Conditioning installed an ** Air Conditioner in Installation was satisfactory, but the work during service and maintenance calls has been mediocre at bestWe have made a number of service calls to address our air conditioner leaking water on the inside of our home only to have the same problem again a month laterThe last straw came at the latest service visit to our home on August 23rd My wife asked the service technician some questions about our air conditioner and how to maintain it so we would not have this leaking problem happen over and over again The technician offered to call the owner (Jim Holder Sr.) to discuss it which we acceptedAt this time the MrHolder spoke to my wife at length over the phone, stating we "belittled" their technicians, "that no technicians wanted to come to our house, not even my son," and that we, "never did any maintenance" on our unit call their business again as they would refuse to service the air conditioner MrHolder finished the conversation stating that we should never call their business again and that they will refuse to do any service for us in the futureNever have I ever heard such a verbal attack as I heard MrHolder speak to my wife MrHolder is right We will never call Jim Holder Heating and Air Conditioning again for any kind of installation or service

They replaced our brand name furnace with a cheap brand which has one of the worst cosumer quality ratings. Once I called to ask about an invoice, The owner told me that I am not American, have an accent and I am cheap.
I am an American citizen, been in this great country for over 42 years, own bussinesses, have a slight accent and [redacted] people.

The service agent that came to our house was rude. He spent 10 minutes on our furnace to tell us what the problem was but didn't low how to fix it. When I confronted him(Dan) about his rudeness he went to the service truck and sat on his phone for 30 minutes. He proceeded to charge us $120 for an hour of work. I tried multiple times to contact the owner Jim. He just told me he(Dan) is a nice guy. When I tried to explain what transpired he proceeded to scream at me. I had him on speaker the people at my workplace could hear him screaming at me. I hung up in the middle of him screaming. Found out later from a coworker that Jim came to her house
He looked at her furnace and said who put this piece of sh.. in. My coworker said you.
