This letter is a notice to withdraw from your septic design service effective today 10/22/18, due to numerous unreturned calls, non-performance and a long wait since 07/20/18. I have called around from the list of Thurston County septic designers and most state that a design should not take that long. I have hired another septic designer and he has already started the design and his fees were much more reasonable.
I ask for a refund for the monies paid on 07/27/18 in the amount of $750.00 and another payment on 07/20/18 in the amount of $1360.00 for a total of $2110.00. I am a divorced single mother raising my son and have limited funds to spare so I expect the full refund within a week.

We responded with several phone calls to your office after receiving a voicemail but were never able to get a hold of anyone.
The complaintant hired another consultant who performed work which does not meet the county's requirements. We informed her of this and she requested that we assist in her work with the county to address the other consultant's deficiencies. She has requested that we continue to work for her given her issues with the other consultant. We are still actively working for her and advocating on her behalf with the county regulators.
