I was really stuck, I could not get my garage door to close, it was at night. I called and the man tried to talk me thought ii. It still did not close, so he told how to use the manual close. He said he would be a my house by 10:00 the next day, and he was. He could have sold me a whole new unit. He was honest and fixed the old one.
I am very satisfied with his help and his work.
