bad check of $She still owes $balanceAs for vermin, the city code inspector came twice and found nothing (*** ***)Never charged tenant for any repairs to apartment as none where neededShe wanted a hoin kitchen for her dryer, even though one existed in basementFirst floor apartment is charged slightly more than the second floor apartment because of the stairsThe apartment is carpeted in all rooms except kitchen and bath (tile).On January 4, tenant informed me she was moving in one week and not paying the rest of rent ($150.00)Two days before she moved, she asked me to unhook her dryerShe then called gas co and had gas shut offThe gas boiler froze and had to be replacedShe also stole the bath sink (photo enclosed)Finally, she sued me, and never showed up for the hearing (February 6, 2016}
