order to get them a competitive offerAnd Mr*** did finance his vehicle with one of the lenders we sent his information toThis is standard practice that we do for customers to help save them time and money.Because of the signed credit application, we did have permission to run his credit and it was done for his benefitAt the time of the sell, in 2014, Mr*** would have received notices from all other lenders about the inquiry whom he did not finance withUnfortunately, we are unable to remove anything from the credit bureau system.Jim Johnson Nissan Hyundai is a long standing reputable company committed to customer satisfaction

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details  of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was contacted last by the sales manager who said that he and their HR manager would contact the bureaus to resolve this. He stated he was going to Las Vegas for 5 days and would be in touch monday. He tried to convince me that the inquires were not hard hits and I diagreed. He said that he apologized and doing inquires without permission was bad business. He then said if we can't get them off have you heard of bumpage. I said no, he said I could do multiple soft inquires and "bump off the hard inquires" Later I looked it up and it is very manipulative and on verge of illegal. This Monday they called my wife's phone and said he had hurt his foot and would be off a few days. Furthermore, I never agreed to meet with anyone. It has been 9 days Regards,

Regards,I have read the attached document and disagree. I did not provide them consent to run it thru 10 times. I was financed before I walked in the door. I was asked if they could run it thru 1 time to see if could get a better deal. I specified not to run it more than once.Yes I received letters and I have been disputing them every since. The credit bureaus say on Jim Johnson can remove them.If this doesn't work I will fill a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.
