Review: In Jan/ Feb time frame I paid this man $850.00 to cut down a large maple tree and grind the stump. I said I would pay him in cash if he would cut down a small cherry as well. He agreed with my neighbor standing there who he was going to also do work for and never did. He came the next day and cut down the large maple tree. Day or two later he came back and cut up the wood. He said he would be back in spring to grind the stump. That was fine with me. Spring came and he did not come to grind the stump or cut down the cherry. I had to call several time to get him back here to grind the stump, but still no cherry. I have called about six or more times since the stumped was ground to have him come back and cut down the cherry. He stopped once last month and talk to my brother and image this after all this time could not remember which tree he was to cut down. He told my brother he would have to stop back, but would call me. That was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Since then I have called at least two if not three times telling him I was contacting my lawyer and then I was going to file a small claims law suit and he still ignores me.Desired Settlement: I want the cost it is now going to take to have the tree cut down, since it has now been 8 months and he is not returning my calls or doing the service. I will contact a different trees service to get the price of cutting down this tree and want that cost.
