Dear Sir/Madam,
 Our records had indicated on 9/24/2015 delivery performed. We were in contact with the shipper Rosalinda [redacted].  It was difficult earlier with communication as she had her sister [redacted] call the Insurance Company and phoned us regarding this...

move and claim of damage.  Please keep in mind, this is not our company policy to speak with someone other then the Shipper.Ms. [redacted] explained Rosalinda couldn't talk to us due to recent dental work, and Ms, [redacted] demanded she to handle this claim.  We did not comply with Ms. [redacted] as she was not the shipper.
We contacted [redacted] (Husband) on or about 10-9-2015 and he replied he would have his wife call us back. Mrs. [redacted] got back to us on or about 10-20-2015, during that call we explained she was required to complete a Valuation Sheet when extra Valuation was taken and it was provided when she first contracted us.
We forwarded her another Valuation form for completion as she did complete it and mailed it along with her letter dated 10-31-2015.  In the meantime, she  on 10-28-2015 contacted the [redacted] Vincent [redacted] to complain about us.  Yet we had not yet received her letter and completed Valuation till 11-4-2015. Never gave us any response time and when her documents were finally received the entire file went to the owner for review.
On 11-11-2105  Mrs. [redacted] was contacted by this office for us to pick up all Claims of Damage for Repair.  On this attempt it was explained to her that it would be picked up by our Florida Location and our Restorer would complete any and all work to satisfy her claim.  We gave her a precise date of 11/21/2015 for pick-up.  She responded in that conversation "she would call us back".
We were not contacted with an answer regarding the further repair needed and pick-up.  On 11-24-2015 we were contacted by [redacted] of [redacted] that had been a previous Insurance company of ours.  We were informed Claimant Rosalinda [redacted] states the "Company that picked up and delivered her furniture damaged the furniture delivered".  Please note we have no Policy with [redacted] and had not since 7/18/2013.
We are sorry, Mrs. [redacted] was impatient and just was not happy with the process.  We made attempts to handle this situation.  We regret to here she feels "we should not been in business" as we will be going into our 44th year this August, that being said we have also been highly regarded and recognize company in the moving industry for many years.  Thank you for you time.

I am rejecting this response because: they are outright lying about the situation.  No one on my part demanded anything from anyone, except for information regarding the insurance company.  That information was denied to me and also to my sister which had indeed called on my behalf.  As for my calling a Mr. [redacted], I don't even know who that is, as I made note of everyone I spoke to and the only person I spoke to was [redacted], whom is as obnoxious as they come.   No people skills whatsoever.  This company can accuse me of whatever they want, but in the end they are the losers, because they didn't get their way.  I won no matter how they look at it.  God only knows how many people they've ripped off in the past with their strong arm tactics.  This case as far as I'm concerned is still open, and I want others to see that this is not a reputable company as they claim.  They claim it was a timely effort on their part, however three months after my move they call to tell me, not ask me that they will pick up my furniture.  Then they refuse to tell me where, and whom will be doing the actual repairs.  That's when I took matters into my own hands.  Now, finally after seven months, I finally received an settlement offer from the insurance company, which I accepted.  However I still want this company to know that their tactics need to change,  I don't care what they say about being in business for over forty years, just look into why insurance companies are dropping them.  Thanks for nothing,  you are of no assistance whatsoever in helping consumers.    Regards,

Review: this company has lied to me ..I took out insurance on my furniture they brought from pa to florida..they broke over 4,000 dollars of my stuff they refuse to give me the insurance companies name...I do not want to get a lawyer yet, I already paid them over 3,000 dollars for the move..they do not own the company and they refuse to give me the address of the owner if I send and letters to them they read it ..so I am at my wits ends..please help me if you can thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want over 4,000 for my stuff they broke on me ..

Response:

We have been in contact with the customer numerous times.

Mrs. [redacted] signed the bill of lading and inventory sheets that all good were rendered were delivered in good condition. We have interviewed all employees involved with her move for assistance with the items she claimed are broken, none of our employees recall seeing the lamp as we did not pack it. Therefore when it is pack by owner the contents are unknown which is clearly marked on the paperwork.

Mrs. [redacted] had also complained of her Hoover Floor Cleaner is malfunctioning and that " Fire was shooting out of it".

Furthermore, Mrs. [redacted] has harassed us with daily phone calls and leaving messages calling of our office staff "[redacted]". We have explained to her these actions will not have her claim processed any faster and we have been trying to assist her with an investigation.

We have been in business for 40 years this past August and have a difficult time dealing with this customer at this time, and are doing our best to remedy the situation.

I am rejecting this response because:they packed the lamp it had there tape on it they are liars ..she screamed at me and called me a it so I lowered my self to her level and call her fat and left it on answering there answering system ..they did pack the lamp I have there tape on box to prove it..there driver that delivered it took pictures and I have them too ...
