Yes I disagree with the companyMy personal items were in the carMy mother has dementia an is extremely on Sunday the night before this happen I went to her house my son's ds was in the middle glove box and the jewelry was on the passenger door bin the cop failed to do his job and Patton towing is a scam of a company they knew my items were there the lady even told me to calm down they are a legitimate business and have cameras and their yard lock at all times and my items are going to be thereIt's a shame that people would stoop that low and steal from a kidIt wasn't hard for them to go and check to see if my items were but they couldn't even do thatThis will not be resolved because I will never know which employee took my itemsAnd it's a shame that the company has employees that steal and they stick by themExtremely poor customer service

To Whom It May Concern;We towed Ms. [redacted]s’ 2008 Buick Enclave on June 15, 2015 at the order of Fairview Park Police Department from the scene of an accident. Before the vehicle was towed the police department did an inventory of the contents of the vehicle. The only items in the vehicle at the...

time, as noted on a copy of the inventory, were a child safety seat, lighter, cigarettes, and a car phone charger. The vehicle was then towed to our impound yard where it was kept in a secured lot.Ms. [redacted]s arrived at our impound yard the next day and wanted to go into her vehicle. At time she had not provided us with insurance information and who was taking care of the charges. She was told, as all customers are, she would need to pay a gate fee of $150.00, that is applied to the tow and she could remove any belongings she needed from the vehicle. She chose not to do this and gave permission for her vehicle to be moved by the insurance company.Ms. [redacted] called on June 25, 2015 and stated she was at [redacted], the location the insurance company had the vehicle towed to and items were missing from her vehicle. She was told of the items listed on the inventory sheet by Fairview Park police and she should call them if she felt there was an error made by the officer.We stand by the inventory conducted by Fairview Park Police Department. They listed all the items that were in the vehicle at the time of the tow. The vehicle also was towed by another company out of our impound lot to [redacted].[redacted]Office Manager

To Whom it May Concern;Reference complaint [redacted]. We do not allow anyone into our impound lot who has not met the requirements of seeing a vehicle. We have hundreds of vehicles in our lot with personal belongings and we have several requirements for going into the lot. The customer did not meet the requirements of entering the lot or going into her vehicle. These rules are to keep vehicles secure. Fairview Park Police Department conducts a thorough inventory of all vehicles they order towed and her items were not in her vehicle according the police impound sheet.[redacted]

We spoke to our driver and he indicated he saw the vehicle parked on the sidewalk. At this time he called into dispatch to let them know there was a vehicle on the sidewalk and he was going to walk the lot and check for other illegally parked vehicles. When he returned to the vehicle, 15 minutes...

later, the vehicle was still parked on the sidewalk. At this time he attached dollies and hooked up the vehicle, which takes 10-12 minutes and the owner did not come out from the apartment. Approximately 20 minutes later she called our dispatch asking about her car. Even with the 15 minutes allowed she was parked on the sidewalk Itier then allowed. Jacob P[redacted]
