Jim Manley-State Farm Insurance

I switched from [redacted]e to state farm because they qouted me 50.00 less per month. First bill was double what I was qouted which was correct but I had no idea that it would be that amount. The amount of my first bill was not discussed with me, not even as a possibility.

I added a second vehicle to my policy and called to see if the insurence for both vehicles would be due together on one bill every month. Kim who I was speaking with kept saying she did not know. I said "how are you unable to tell me if I will have two seperate bills for each vehicle every month or if it will be due all together in one bill?" She got nasty with me because I was frusted with the continuious lack of information on their part so she said "Goodbye!" And hung up on me. Today I am switching agents! I will stay with state farm but I will no longer deal with this office!
