This Gentleman was asked to send in a written note with a signature to cancel his policy or an e-mailWe let him know that anyone could call in and cancel a policy.So protocall is to have it in writing whenever cancelling a customers policyHe said he would send it in many timesWe never received oneHe received a note from Farmers requesting earned premium for still having this policy.He called very upset and I told him to send in an e-mail and proof of current insurance which he stated he didn't have continuous Insurance since then(against the law) and I would see what I could do for himI never received it and then I receive a note from the Revdex.com with this noticeSee attachment on coorespondenceI was also threatened with his statements of putting awful stuff all over social media.I spoke to an attorney today that replied stating to send a letter back to you today and monitor his actions in the near futureThis is the first letter in years of business that I have recieved.Sincerely, Jim M [redacted]
