First of all I wasn't aware of the complaint filed by the Revdex.com, I must have deleted the email as it comes in under an info @ email address that I must have just deleted, I apologize for thatWe received a call yesterday regarding this situation and we're on top of it nowThe estimator
involved with this and his supervisor and I sat down this morning and I reviewed the file with them to gain and understanding. The estimator is preparing a response for the customer and I intend to make contact with the customer today and add additional comments answering this complaint to the Revdex.com later today

? Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Although, the business has scheduled an inspection of the above stated matter, the language and attitude are ambiguousMy question is simple, is an inspection a smoke screen to render the vendor non-liable to any defects the inspection will surfaceOr, is this an effort to devalue the time constraints for remediation made by the Revdex.comClarification is most definitely needed as a new year and holiday are upon us

Worker showing up at the wrong time.A worker cutting a pipe and flooding out the bedroom and hall .Damage to the front lawn damage to a evergreen.Workers forgetting to remove window dressings .Sawing floor board in the livingroom insted of outside.Placing a blind a inside stove pipe a fake hearth and carpet out side and forgetting to put them in the storage pod.LEAVING THE FRONT DOOR OPEN FOR HOURS WITH THE AC ON.And we have two more weeks to go before they are finished.Ill keep you up dated
